Melissa Scallan
Founder, leader, and president of Gulf Coast Blessings, Carrie has lived most of her life on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a BS in Elementary Education and received her Masters in Education from William Carey College.

Carrie and her wonderful husband of fifteen years, John, reside in Gulfport, MS. She has two very affectionate dogs, Grace and Ginger. In her free time she enjoys studying God's Word, running, gardening, playing tennis, reading and watching the Food Channel.
It's always fun, often insightful, and sometimes life changing to hear from another person as they journey the path of life.  Our blog, A Little Bite Of Blessings, let's us do just that:  hear from another's heart, and glean the depth of wisdom, knowledge and grace that they share with us in their writing.

We have several who contribute to our blog.  You can meet them here:
Jeanette Fester is a very upbeat person - bold and beautiful. She loves to laugh & giggle. Her favorite color is HOT pink. She enjoys crafts swimming, shopping, and the computer. Teaching women the truth about God word and encouraging people is among her favorite things to do. A bonafide foodie and hugger, Jeanette's favorite saying is "Love God and Love people, then watch what happens."

Angela Broussard
Angela Broussard has always lived an adventurous life.  And who wouldn't?  After marrying God's gift to her and her widowed crew of four children (now five!) . . . developing a farm; parenting a child through a career in Hollywood.  Her zest for life is evident as she lives in this world as a Christ-One.  Overcoming victim mentality, associated with domestic violence, through the washing of the water of the Word of God, Angela has served the Christian community as a teacher of the Word, as well as in the place of prayer.  Writing is a creative outlet she couples with her interest in photography, and has been recently named by family and friends the illustrious title of Chicken Poultographer.
